What is a big service?

To be carried out every 24 months by the specialist tradesman:

What is a small service?

How to find the right filter?

You have two possibilities to find the right filter: One possibility is to select the unit in our catalogue. The matching filters are stored. The second option is to use an item number to find the right filter or filter set. Enter the item number in the item number search field on right top side.

How can I dispose of my old filters?

You can dispose of the filters in the residual waste bin.

Why should I change my filters regularly?

As the owner of a Zehnder ventilation system, you must have maintenance work carried out regularly, otherwise there is a risk that the system will no longer function properly and consequently the indoor climate will deteriorate in quality. The permanent supply of fresh air through a comfort ventilation system promotes well-being, sleep, concentration and performance. The extremely unhealthy formation of mould due to excessive humidity is reliably prevented. Thanks to an optional fine filter against pollen, allergy sufferers can also breathe a sigh of relief. And an optional heat exchanger with moisture recovery prevents the air from becoming too dry in winter.

How often do the unit filters need to be changed?

The filters must be inspected every 16 weeks and replaced every 6 months according to Zehnder's recommendation. Cleaning only removes coarse dirt such as pollen, leaves, etc.. Finer particles in the filter are not removed by this. Since the filters have different permeable layers, vacuuming and blowing out only loosens the dirt particles in the deeper filter layers. This does not remove them. A regular filter change according to the recommendation is absolutely necessary.

Why should I only use original filters?

When replacing dirty filters in a Zehnder ventilation system, you should only use original replacement filters from the manufacturer. Only original filters guarantee optimum performance, the best possible energy efficiency and hygienic and silent operation. Since you, as the owner of a Zehnder ventilation system, rightly expect healthy, fresh and clean room air at all times, you should not compromise on the subject of "filters" either.

Which parcel service provider is used to deliver the products and how much are the delivery costs?

DHL delivers the parcels to the specified delivery address. The flat-rate shipping cost is 124.00 CZK (incl. VAT) per parcel. Free shipping is offered for orders over 2480.00 CZK (incl. VAT).

My delivery has not arrived, what should I do?

If you have not received your delivery after more than 10 working days, please use the contact link at the bottom of this page to contact us. Please use the Online order number starting with ONL-* or the order number starting with 100* as reference for your inquiry.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time is displayed directly on the respective product page. Please refer to the delivery time shown there, as it may vary depending on the product.

How can I declare my withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form enclosed with the goods for this purpose. What is a filter subscription?

With the filter subscription, you will automatically receive the appropriate filters for your Zehnder ventilation system at a freely chosen interval. When placing your next order, simply select the suitable device, extract air, and supply air filters as a subscription and complete the purchase. You can cancel the subscription function up to 24 hours before the next scheduled order. Further information can be found our general terms and conditions. Find the link on the bottom of the page.

How can I subscribe to an order in the shop?

Subscriptions are only available for registered users. Please create a customer account or log in. When selecting an item in the Zehnder Shop, you can choose whether you want to order the filter once or subscribe to it. In the shopping cart, you can later select the delivery interval for the items. The same delivery interval applies to all selected items. The subscription is activated when you submit the order. When will I be reminded about my subscription?

You will receive a reminder email 7 days before the new filter packs are dispatched. You can cancel your subscription in your customer account up to 24 hours before dispatch.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription automatically in your customer account up to 24 hours before the next scheduled order. You can view and manage your active subscriptions in your customer account. Simply click the “Cancel” button. The subscription will be terminated automatically, and no further orders will be generated. Alternatively, you can cancel the subscription using our cancellation form. You will find the link at the bottom of this page. Please note that processing may take up to 30 days.
