The LTR-7 Z ventilation unit is designed for large detached houses and public spaces such as schools and kindergardens, providing efficient and reliable ventilation with a space-saving horizontal installation. Built for maximum flexibility, the unit can be installed in the roof, attic, false ceiling, or technical space — saving valuable room while delivering powerful performance. LTR-series units are well insulated for cold environments, requiring additional insulation only if temperatures around the unit drop below -10°C. Thanks to its simple yet ingenious design and low internal pressure drop, the LTR-7 Z ensures cost-effective, safe, and energy-efficient operation. Classified as a Non-Residential Ventilation Unit (NRVU) according to EU Commission Regulation No 1253/2014, it falls outside EcoDesign labelling, but compliance for specific projects can easily be verified using our Energy Optimizer software. The LTR-7 Z is available with a right-handed duct connection layout and offers flexible installation options: it can be mounted with the hatch upwards or sideways on either side — but must not be installed with the hatch downwards or standing upright with vertically positioned duct connections.
