Cancel subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time without a minimum term. 1. Log in to your account 2. Go to your subscriptions section 3. Select the subscription you want to cancel and click "Cancel subscription" The subscription will be terminated immediately. No further orders will be created. Please note: If the cancellation is submitted on the scheduled shipping date of subscribed items or later, it will only take effect after these items have been shipped and delivered. Payment for the delivered goods remains due. Cancellation of a subscription is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for your initial order, please use the withdrawal process available on our webshop within the applicable withdrawal period.
